This group of volunteers, work with Oregon children in the foster parent program to bring attention to all of the wonderful kids who desire to be placed with an adoptive, permanent family. The idea is to photograph the children in a portrait style setting, print the photos on various gallery size formats, and place them in gallery settings all around the state. It was in one of these galleries that I first became aware of all the beautiful children in need of a home. I knew I had to be a part of this effort if possible.
Because of obvious security and privacy concerns, I am not able to share specific details about the child I photographed, but I can say he is a real sweetheart full of energy like all little boys! He was very intrigued by the equipment I brought for the shoot, especialy my reflectors.
